Her desire to help others transform their lives led her to join the John Maxwell Team. She’s been a student of John’s work for years, applying what she’s learned to both her personal and professional life. Coaching changed Diane’s life in significant ways, she gets great joy out of helping others do the same. Diane believes that growth is a consistent and intentional never-ending process.

Diane & her husband Bobby live in Chepachet, RI where they raised their blended family of four – Michael, Lindsey, Thomas and Brianna. They are the proud grandparents of their grandson Hunter. Diane believes parenting is the most challenging and important leadership role anyone can have. She is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. She also holds a Green Belt in Six Sigma practices. Diane has led teams in a global environment for Fortune 100 companies over the last 20 years.
